Turn-Key Processing Solutions (TPS) provides complete design, procurement, manufacture, and erection of mineral processing facilities. We specialize in providing a complete Turnkey solution, which includes plant design, engineering, equipment selection and supply, project management, site preparation, concrete foundations, structural steel, electrical, automation, erection, training, and startup.

Our staff of engineers and project managers has a vast amount of both operational and engineering experience. The TPS management team is uniquely qualified to help you increase your capacity, improve your product mix, reduce waste, and increase your profits. We currently have over 40 employees on our team dedicated to providing the highest level of quality and service.

Our approach is to provide the equipment that best serves our customers needs, therefore, we can provide virtually any brand. We have chosen not to affiliate ourselves with any particular manufacturer of processing equipment which makes it possible for us to offer the best equipment for each application. Most of the equipment TPS purchases direct from the OEM’s (original equipment manufacturers) at a discount compared to standard producer pricing making us very competitive.

TPS operates American Bin and Conveyor which has been servicing the mineral processing industry since 1942. Our 50,000 square foot fabrication facility shown below is located on 9 acres in Burlington Wisconsin. This state of the art facility along with our skilled workforce provides high quality custom fabrication and assembly to meet our customer’s needs. We have an excellent reputation for providing high quality products, on schedule, that fit in the field. This is critical to our customers who rely on us to avoid costly rework during the erection process. We have an excellent track record of meeting project deadlines and avoiding costly project over runs, which makes us more competitive.
